Please pray for Sergio Carrasco in Sweden that he will find God in
his life and heart. He doesn\'t believe in the Lord. I lost contact with Sergio and
pray that he will be a part of my life again, but only if it is the will of God. I
might be too selfish to ask for this. But I am not selfish to ask for his salvation.
Keep Sergio safe from all harm, send him my guardian angels too, I\'d rather die
than see him hurt. Save him! I don\'t know how to help other than by praying. Also
pray for all his loved ones. I die of grief missing my friend, but it would comfort
me if he would at least find Jesus in his life, and then we could rejoin in heaven
after this life. I don\'t know what else to do, than turn to other Christians and
desperately ask for help with this miracle. I promised God to pray for Sergio every
day for the rest of my life. That will give my life meaning and comfort me in my
pain over my great loss of Sergio. Christ was suffering and so am I. I would give my
life for this man. But I can only give him my prayers... I will knock on God\'s door
until He either hears my prayer or the day comes when I die and go to heaven. But I
want my friend to come to heaven too, when his days are fulfilled! What can I do, he
didn’t believe me when I tried to talk about God. Now I lost contact. I cry every
day. Take my life but save Sergio\'s. Please. I am willing to sacrifice my own life.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The proposed project, Faith Christian Fellowship which started in April this year,
is in the capacity of implementing Agency and in the line with the government
development activities.
The project is especially intended to address the problems of children in Essa Nagri
Karachi especially in terms of health and education needs, due low income majority
in this town which has increased the number of orphans and disadvantaged children
and or worsening their condition of living. However, the major goal of this project
is to help disadvantaged children get an opportunity to study for self sustenance
and NOT dependants on the community they live in.

1.0        Brief description of Faith Christian Fellowship Ministry (Karachi)
Faith Christian Fellowship is a Christian Ministry in Essa Nagri St. No. 07,
District Karachi Sindh, Pakistan. Faith Christian Fellowship was originally
established to spread the gospel from door to door, house to house and street to
street, to share the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ and to save the souls. FCF
has the blessed opportunity to travel around the country to spread the message of
God to as many people as possible and whenever there was an opportunity. 
Faith Christian Fellowship owns Orphanage House where the children aging 7 to 15,
total of them 23 are currently, are being taken care of. We invite friends and
groups and individuals to take their generous steps in seeding anything in Faith
Christian Fellowship of  keeping promise of sending out the gospel. We also welcome
to seed your charitable gifts and tithes to the Orphanage House where the children
are being taken care with physical bread and the daily bread i.e. Word of God.
Faith Christian Fellowship was established in 2004, as the sole efforts of Pastor
Faisal Anwer. Since schooling age, Pastor Faisal Anwer was seen sharing from the
Word of God with the friends and the relatives and the visitors at his home. Coming
out of age, as soon as Pastor Faisal Anwer accomplished his college studies, Pastor
listened to the call of Lord Jesus Christ to share and spread His message into the
world. Lead with his purposeful life aims, Pastor Faisal started door to door,
street to street and house to house Bible sharing and saved many souls, many of whom
also became part of the evangelistic team. God blessed the team with the name,
“Faith Christian Fellowship.” 
The Fellowship group would collect their tithes and the after calculating the
actually expenses incurred on gospel spreading, the rest of the funds were always
given to the needy families and the poor street children. By the end of 2007 the
group was so well equipped that funds from the local community started coming.
People used to give a sack of wheat, rice or sugar, to enable to help us the orphan
children. Faith Christian Fellowship expressed their gratitude to the Lord and
seeking it Lord’s will God’s call, started semi-organized orphanage house, where the
children may live in, study and have good food even for one time a day. The people
gave the best of their gifts for the House and we kept our promise to get going on
with children’s education and nutritional needs.

Activities & Achievements:

The Faith Christian Fellowship has been blessed in various ways and Lord Jesus
Christ has blessed the group of the believers with many blessed things. 
1: Lord Jesus Christ has blessed the FCF to start working with Orphan Children,
helping them with living, education and food.
2: FCF has 12 Sunday Schools in different areas and towns around the city of Karachi. 
3: FCF has arranged and done many crusades and prayer meetings, where people
accepted Lord Jesus Christ in their lives. FCF keeps fellowship with the new-born
babies in the Lord Jesus Christ and help them to stay their walk with Lord Jesus
Christ. The fellowship has always proved a helping atmosphere where the believers
learn about their questions and concerns in our fellowship meetings. 
4: FCF has distributed Bibles whenever there is support from the friends and seeders. 

The organization was set up to give a hope to the lives of these orphans, to find
their tuition to pay their education, to give them relevance in life. Feed them, not
just with any food but a balanced diet that gives them resistance to diseases .Also
to finds for them some shelters where possible to give them a belonging. Responding
to their ailments /sickness through medical care and counseling them. Indeed the
organization has come up to actualize them to their situations so that they are able
to overcome them.
Despite government’s effort to enable every body access education through
introducing universal primary education (UPE) some children in Karachi city county 
failed  to continue  with education .this is because  they can’t  afford scholastic
materials such as uniforms books pencils feeding and other necessities of life.
Even at secondary level  much  as the government has tried all it can to introduce
universal secondary education (USE), still some children especially orphans and
needy are unable go to school like their counter parts at the primary level they
can’t afford the basic necessities of life.
Through commitment, devotion and determination, this project is helping 50 orphans
and disadvantaged children in Karachi due to limited funds from committee member.

2.4. The Problem of orphans and other vulnerable children

The very low level of education among the whole population of the community which
has been attributed to the increasing number of orphans as a low income majority
that has hit the towns and colonies for many years. Subsistence labor and sanitary
work being the major way of livelihood has made it very difficult for the parents to
send their children to school due to the increasing cost of education. The most
affected and vulnerable category here is the orphans with no proper care and
protection, no education, no food, no clothes and medical care. Worst, some of the
children at years low as 11 are heading families taking responsibility of catering
for the young ones as well as finding away for their education. In an attempt to do
so, they search some work for survival with money less than $1 and otherwise they
have also used in sexual abusement  and drug addict, This has encouraged and
increased on the rate of infections among the young population in Karachi city. The
project is therefore initiated to target the orphans and the vulnerable children and
to empower them by providing education to the bright ones and also empowering their
guardians to carry out income generating activities that would further keep them
even if the project ended.
